"Great Choice for Loved Ones!"
This place is nice for your loved ones. It’s a great choice, especially for the price. The staff communicates well with families when we have questions about our loved ones. They serve three meals a day to residents, and there are lots of fun activities.

"Lovely apartment, friendly residents, welcoming atmosphere"
My Aunt moved in last summer, and we visited her. She showed us around. Her apartment is lovely with a full kitchen and bathroom. The residents were very friendly and welcoming.

I heard good things about Sterling House of Neenah from two friends, so I had high expectations. It turned out to be a good place. When my father arrived needing a lot of help, the first week was tough for our family and for him. The staff supported us through a really hard time. Things are improving, but we still have challenges ahead.

I'm unsure about my mom's stay here. The staff are friendly and mostly happy, but the extra charges for help seem excessive.

"Mom loves the meals and activities, very happy here"
I think it's been a great fit for her so far. My mom seems really happy meeting other residents and loves the meals. She wants to join some of the many activities they have. They have a hairdresser on site, and the place is pretty big, so there's a lot going on, which is what she wanted.

"Hidden Costs Add Up at Assisted Living"
After checking out this place for my family member, it first seemed less expensive than other spots I visited. But when I really got into the details and read all the forms, I saw they make you pay for every small thing. If my mom had to use the help button or needed a hand moving around now and then, it would cost extra. These charges started to pile up and got pretty pricey, which left me feeling let down.

"Home Harbor is fantastic and welcoming!"
I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this one. My sister moved to Home Harbor two weeks ago and LOVES it! She had a stroke 1.5 years ago and lived with us since then. Every single person at Home Harbor has been amazing. The place is welcoming, clean, super organized, and everyone is HAPPY! As her main caregiver for the past 1.5 years, I was worried about her living in a safe, clean, and positive place. I'm VERY picky, but I have no worries about her safety or care at Home Harbor. From the moment she moved in, she was welcomed by everyone and has joined more social activities and therapy than we ever imagined. She said it best: "This is a joyous place to live and I'm so happy here!" What more could we ask for? If I could fit into my 8th grade cheerleading outfit (which I can't!), I'd cheer for everyone looking for Assisted Living to hear. Home Harbor is amazing, and I hope there's an apartment for me when I need one!

"Apartments with Good Security and Patio Doors"
The apartments are really nice, with good security and sliding glass doors that lead to a patio. The hallways are quite long, but I wish there were more windows.
