"Friendly staff, clean facility, but staff seemed inattentive"
The owner greeted me warmly at the door, and the house was surprisingly clean, which I appreciated. The rooms seemed quite spacious. My only concern was that the staff didn’t really seem to notice me being there. I’m not sure if they were just busy, but it was noticeable. Overall, it looks like a well-kept place. I’m interested in something on the Southside but really like the idea of a single room.
