"Friendly Staff, But Lacks Cozy Feel"

I visited the Hometown Retirement and it was okay, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building’s exterior was nice, but the interior felt worn out and not up-to-date. The rooms had too many holes from nails in the walls and were dimly lit. The people working there were super nice and made me feel welcome, yet it didn’t have the cozy, at-home vibe we were hoping to find.
