"Small, caring, needs more activities."
What we like about Hamilton Park Place is that it's a small, well-run community. The staff cares and goes the extra mile. Opportunities for improvement - we wish they had more activities planned, but that's the tradeoff of a smaller place.

"Upscale but Not Quite Homey"
We visited Hyland Park, and it looked nice, but we felt it might not be right for my loved one. The place seemed fancy, and he's more of a simple guy. It didn't feel like his kind of place.

"A Positive Experience"
I visited this assisted living community for my mom. The tour went well overall. The place was nice, and everything seemed to be in good shape. The staff was friendly, and they answered all my questions. It was a pleasant visit, and everyone was very nice.

"Great choice for mom with tasty meals and new activities"
Moving my mom here has been a good choice. She loves the meals, especially the desserts she gets after every meal. There's a new activity director starting soon, and she's looking forward to the new events and games. I've had one small problem with how the management is organized, but I’ve shared my concerns and hope it gets fixed soon.

"Friendly Staff, But Few Activities"
The Hyland Park didn’t have many activities. When we asked about them during our tour, they showed us the activities room, but there wasn’t much happening. The activity log looked pretty boring too. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great at returning calls and answering all our questions.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Presentation and Maintenance"
I visited this place for an orientation, and I noticed a lot of problems. It looked bad, with water damage that had been there for a long time. Someone even thought the insurance company didn't want to pay for fixing it. Some rooms were dirty, and I didn't understand why they showed them to me. A resident mentioned having trouble changing rooms. Overall, it wasn't good.

My family's time at Hyland Park was a mixed bag. While my loved ones struggled to adjust to the community, I appreciated the assistance they received. Management turnover affected our experience.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Great apartments, cheap cabs, and a movie theater!"
This place has really nice apartments! They come with fireplaces and big rooms. For just $2.00, you can get a cab anywhere in Sun Prairie. Plus, there’s a movie theater!
