"A Safe and Friendly Choice"
So far, everything is going well. My mom's room is big and tidy, and the caregivers have been friendly. I feel at ease knowing she's safe. We chose this community because of its services and good reputation.

"Disappointing Experience at Jackson Crossings Assisted Living"
Jackson Crossings used to be a nice place when the old managers were there, but they all left or retired. Now, Cedarhurst owns it. The new managers don’t answer calls or emails well. They can’t keep staff, and it’s been like this for 5 years. In my mom’s last month there, her toilet was dirty several times with feces! They offered a discount for Friends and Family but took it back after 90 days because my mom passed away. They said they researched it and explained it, but they didn’t. Nobody calls me back or gives me contact info for higher-ups.

"Safe and helpful, no improvements needed"
The community made my loved one feel safe, which was most important to us. The staff has been helpful. We think everything is going well and don’t see any need for improvements right now.

"Mixed Feelings About GAC Assisted Living"
Maybe I'm too negative, but as a retired senior vice president of a big national health care company, I have high standards. Overall, GAC is okay, especially given the challenges with Covid and the American healthcare system.

"Loving Staff, Lacking Care"
The place was tidy, but they didn't maintain our family members' rooms well. The staff was super nice, and the food was yummy. However, we don't believe they properly evaluated our loved ones. Their care for those with memory issues seemed lacking.

"Decent Facility, Could Use Improvements"
This place is alright, but it could be a lot better. They mostly keep things clean, which is good. The people working here are great, but it seems like they have too much on their plates and get paid way too little. It often feels like the bosses care more about the money than they do about the people living here. It's nice that they have different activities for the residents to do. The food here is passable. All in all, I'd say it's been an okay experience.
