"Expensive for My Income"
I like the place, but it’s too expensive for my income. I’m paying 58% of my gross income and don’t qualify for low income.

"Mixed Feelings About Killarney Kourt Assisted Living Facility"
Killarney Kourt has good and not-so-good aspects. The management team is friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. The manager and nurse were nice and attentive. They interacted well with residents. It was busy, with many residents out and about. However, the place needs some TLC. It could be cleaner, with repairs and paint needed. The dining room was dark, and the carpets and garage need attention. The grounds are small but well-kept, though being across from apartment buildings wasn't ideal. Overall, Killarney Kourt is a decent choice. But if you want fancy furnishings and a brand-new feel, you might be disappointed.

"Dreadful condition and negligence at assisted living facility"
I'm currently living here and honestly, it doesn't even deserve a single star. The management couldn't care less about maintaining the facility. The rugs are extremely dirty and they haven't bothered to repaint the walls. Forget about landscaping, it's absolutely non-existent.

"Clean, heated parking, moderate pricing, with dishwasher; unit screen issue."
The parking is heated, storage is available, and it's clean. They showed us a unit with a hole in the screen and there's a dishwasher in every unit. The pricing is moderate.

"Satisfied overall, improvements needed in communication and paperwork."
We're pleased with them so far. No issues with food, other residents, laundry, or anything yet. I wish they were more proactive in communicating and handling paperwork, especially with the visiting doctor. Besides that, we're satisfied with them.

"Resident Compares Poorly Maintained Killarney Kourt to Ghetto"
I've been living here for a year and a half and things just keep getting worse. Nothing gets repaired. The garage we have to pay for is junky like a rural trash dump with leftover furniture, mattresses that people have peed on, missing electronic lights and even mice. The driveway has huge potholes that are almost big enough for small kids to fall into. There's a sinkhole right at the garage entrance. And outside lights are missing too. Really, the only thing separating Killarney Kourt from a slum is the high rent we pay.

"Assisted living offers good options, friendly staff, and varied activities."
The choices at this center are great. Staff is friendly and capable. Food is good, though not always preferred. A meal alternative wanted.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Nice Assisted Living, Odd Bathtubs"
This place is really nice, but the waiting list is long, and some one-bedroom apartments have bathtubs. That’s a bit odd for an assisted living facility.
