"Great Small Facility with Responsive Staff, Except One"
This place is nice because it's small. You have a call button, and when you press it, someone usually comes quickly. In bigger places, it can take longer. That’s a big plus. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, except for one person. Whenever we told the management about any problems, they were quick to respond.

Overall, the care and facility are pretty good. They handle a variety of clients and it's a decent place to bring a loved one.

"Inconsistent Staffing and Meal Issues Plague Assisted Living Facility"
Some of the nurses are great, but management struggles. They need more and better-trained staff. Once they hire more, other issues can improve. For instance, evening staff sometimes have to prepare meals, leaving less time for resident care. Meals are often served cold, and there's no planned menu, leading to improvised meals, including leftovers.

"Unsafe and Untrustworthy Assisted Living Facility"
This place isn't good for anyone. The caregivers try, but they don't have what they need to do their jobs well. The management is terrible, and the owner doesn't seem to care about her facility. They don't provide enough training or resources, and they don't follow through on things. We couldn't leave our family member alone because we didn't feel she was safe. After just one week, we had to move her out. We don't trust this place to keep our loved ones safe. Some of the staff were nice, but others were just there for their paycheck. One staff member even said she didn't believe in God because of what was happening. It's not a place where you can feel confident leaving your loved ones. It's just sad. They don't have to be like this.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Experience"
My time there was only 8 months. I worried about staff changes and lack of training. During COVID, they didn't check temps properly and let people without masks in. My loved one got COVID from a staff member. Some staff lacked compassion. Food looked bad; loved one sometimes didn't eat. Rooms, especially bathrooms, weren't clean. Staff didn't know much.

This place isn't good for your family. The workers don't know how to help the old folks. They don't do fun things with them. The rooms hardly ever get cleaned. And the food isn't tasty.

"Poorly Managed Assisted Living Facility Fails Residents' Needs"
This place is not good at all. My family member had a smelly bathroom and the floors were all sticky. The food wasn't tasty, and the people who work there were eating while they were supposed to be helping. There wasn't much to do either. The workers didn't know how to talk to the residents who have memory problems.

"Good place with average rooms and nice outdoor spaces"
Libby's House is a good place for loved ones to live. The rooms are a normal size. I like how the community is set up. They have outdoor areas for the residents to enjoy. Overall, it has been a positive experience.
