"Poor Management and Staff Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
There's not a lot I can praise about this place. Sure, some workers are excellent. But some aren't fit to work with people at all. Management, huh! How can you say anything about leaders who don't appreciate good staff and keep not-so-good workers around? It's a nightmare thinking about a family member staying here, especially when rent goes up and they say they need to give staff a pay raise.

"Trustworthy and Friendly Place"
I trust them with my loved one. My standards and expectations are higher than average. We chose Liberty Village because of its location, my knowledge of the director and her high standards, and the friendly, open, and inviting environment.

"Assisted Living Review: Friendly Staff, Mixed Food Quality, Active Environment"
The staff are friendly and helpful, learning residents' names. She assisted well in getting my mom an apartment and explaining their offerings. The maintenance person, though I can't recall their name, promptly fixed mom's AC and toilet. Activities are frequent, and mom enjoys the library. Regarding food, I rely on mom's feedback. Burgers and sandwiches are dry; chicken breasts too.

"Staff Reminders Inconsistent at Assisted Living Facility"
The new director encourages open communication. Staff forgets meal times.

"Mismanaged center with poor food, high staff turnover and safety concerns."
The management at this assisted living center is pretty chaotic. The food they serve is of low quality and unhealthy. They don't have enough staff. After they've increased prices twice within a year, lots of rooms have become vacant. It seems like they can't keep their staff; they're here one day and gone the next. They're even leaving the front doors open during the night. There are just too many issues to go through.

"Friendly Staff, But Food and Odor Issues"
The staff was great, and Mom really liked the attention. She enjoyed the exercise program and entertainment. Her rooms were big and nicely decorated. The only downside was that she didn't like the food, and we noticed an unpleasant smell.
