"Great help in a tough situation brother is happy and cared for"
The staff really helped me during a tough time. I was trying to find a place for my brother from far away, and moving can be tricky. They made everything go as smoothly as possible. My brother is happy there, and I feel better knowing he can be more social and gets the care he needs.

"Needs better outside views but still a solid choice."
This was my loved one’s second choice. The outside views need improvement.

"Good Community with Strong Safety, but Maintenance Issues Remain"
Overall, Library Square is a nice place with good safety features. They have call cords in the apartments and a light switch that helps the staff know when residents are up in the morning. At night, residents need to turn off the light by 9 pm. If the light isn’t on in the morning, the staff will check on the resident. One issue is that a maintenance request for my loved one hasn't been fixed yet. The apartments have full kitchens, and the rent includes two meals a day. There are several meal choices for residents to pick from.

"Great management, clean place, good-sized rooms highly recommend"
We decided on Library Square because the management was very helpful and easy to work with. I was also impressed that they’ve been around for over 20 years and that one of the managers even has their mother-in-law living there. The place is clean and nice, and the rooms are a good size. I’d suggest it to others who are looking.

"Friendly staff and good care, but food could be better"
The people at Library Square are really friendly. They take great care of my mom, and overall I'm happy with the services. I give them a 4.5 out of 5 because my mom doesn't like the food very much.

"Dad enjoys activities but misses his car and dislikes the cost"
My dad has been at the facility for 6 weeks. He's started going to meals more often and joining in on more activities, especially those with music. He has made a few friends during his time there. He likes it overall, but he feels a bit trapped without his car. He also complains about the cost since he's not used to paying rent after owning a home before moving to Library Square. Despite these issues, he seems happy there, and it's a very friendly and welcoming place.

"Fantastic Place for Seniors with Great Support and Activities"
With the help of My Mom's Place, we moved my 85-year-old brother to Library Square a year ago. Since then, he’s really changed for the better. The staff has been amazing, always going out of their way to help him and us we email them when we think he needs something, since we live in a different state. He’s made new friends and enjoys many activities. We think it’s a fantastic place for seniors, and we’d be happy to live there ourselves. The cost varies depending on the amenities you choose.

"Great place where services can be added as needed"
I liked Library Square because my parents won't need to move if they need more help. They can just add the services they need as time goes on.

"Cozy, Spacious, and Perfect for All Needs"
This is my top pick and favorite place! It’s a cozy, smaller facility on a quiet street in the city. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with lots of windows and even little balconies. Because it’s a smaller place, you can do both independent and assisted living in the same apartment. There’s a good number of men here, about 30% of the people living here right now.

"Cozy, Personable Place with Great Staff and Big Apartments"
Smaller and more personable, with a really nice director and caring staff. They have convenient amenities and the largest one-bedroom apartments with bathtubs. The dining room needs some TLC and revamps.
