"Well-decorated, clean facility with engaging activities, some space limitations."
Library Terrace was nicely decorated and clean. Easy navigation, cozy sitting areas. One-bedroom felt cramped, lacking kitchen amenities. Active director, engaging activities.

"Peace of mind and quality care for Dad"
Library Terrace has been a blessing for our family. We now have peace of mind knowing our Dad is safe and well-cared for. We tried to keep him at home, but it was tough. He often left his meals half-eaten, and the in-home care staff changed so often that we never felt comfortable. He wasn't eating healthy, staying hydrated, or staying active. He was at risk for falls and spent most of his time sleeping or watching TV. His quality of life was poor. Now, life is different for Dad. He gets regular, "home-cooked" meals, exercises daily, joins activities with other residents, and stays updated on current events. His suite and the common areas are cozy and well-kept. The facility is small enough that he knows all his neighbors and the staff. The Activity Director and Campus Nurse are like family to him. He often mentions how quickly staff respond when he calls, even for small things like opening a drink. His suite is decorated just the way he likes it, and the beautiful grounds let him enjoy bird watching and gardening. He truly feels part of a community, and we can't say enough good things about his new home.

"Happy Mom, Great Care, and a Positive Environment at Library Terrace"
My mom recently moved into Library Terrace Apartments and is really happy. She used to live in a larger assisted living place in Kenosha, but the care wasn’t as good there due to staff turnover and not enough workers on weekends. When we met them at Library Terrace Apartments, we knew it was the right place for her. The staff really cares about the residents and helps them stay independent. Mom enjoys doing her own laundry and is encouraged to use the washer and dryer. Library Terrace Apartments offers great meals with many choices, and there are fun activities like Bingo twice a week. Mom’s studio apartment is roomy, with a big window, two closets, and large cabinets in the bathroom, plus safety bars. The executive director, and the lead nurse, always respond quickly to my emails or calls. If Mom needs a change in medicine, they make sure it’s done fast. I’m relieved knowing Mom is well cared for and has a positive environment with steady staffing. I highly recommend Library Terrace Apartments.

"Great care, fun activities, and responsive staff!"
My mom just moved into Library Terrace Apartments and she loves it. She used to live in a bigger place in Kenosha, but the care there wasn't great because of staff changes and not enough workers on weekends. We met Kim and Sara at Library Terrace and knew it was the right place for Mom. The staff really cares about the residents and helps them stay independent. The meals are great with lots of choices. There are fun activities all week, and Mom loves Bingo, which they have twice a week! Kim, the director, and Sara, the lead nurse, always answer my emails or calls quickly. If Mom needs new medicine, they get it to the pharmacy fast. Now I feel good knowing Mom is in a healthy and happy place with steady staff. I highly recommend Library Terrace Apartments.

My mom recently moved into Library Terrace Apartments and is very happy there. She used to live at a larger assisted living facility in Kenosha but wasn’t getting the care she needed because of staff turnover and not enough staff on weekends. After meeting with the staff at Library Terrace Apartments, we knew it was the right place for her. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and supports their independence. Mom likes doing her own laundry and is encouraged to use the washer and dryer when she wants. The meals are high-quality with many options. There are interesting activities every week, and Mom loves Bingo, which is offered twice a week! Her studio apartment is spacious with a big window, two full closets, and large bathroom cabinets. The bathroom also has safety bars in several spots. The executive director, and, the lead nurse, quickly respond to my emails or calls. They also handle any changes in Mom’s medications promptly. I’m now at ease knowing Mom is well cared for in a positive environment with consistent staff. I highly recommend Library Terrace Apartments.

"Library Terrace Staff Shows No Kindness During Mom's Sudden Move"
The people working at Library Terrace are not always nice. When my mom got too sick to live there, they kicked her out that very day. This wasn't what we were told during our initial visit. They had promised she could move to their nearby location. But they showed no kindness or understanding during this time. Since everything happened so fast, we had to find a nursing home quickly. The one we found wasn't very good. I'm very upset with the Library Terrace staff. Plus, when we were packing mom's items, it was as if the staff swooped in like hungry birds asking for her stuff.

"Cozy Community with Activities and Happy Hour"
This place is nice because it’s not too big. My dad’s room is getting cozy with his furniture and pictures. He’s joining activities and even went to a senior center dance. The Friday Happy hour is a favorite. The food in the dining room isn’t always his favorite, though. I’d recommend taking a tour here.

"I appreciate the smaller community"
This community is nice, and I appreciate its smaller size. My dad enjoys his room, and we’ve arranged his furniture. It’s starting to feel like home for him. Dad participates in activities, including a field trip to a senior center dance. He also likes the Friday Happy hour for sitting and visiting. However, he’s not too keen on some of the food in the dining room. I recommend touring here.

My mom's doing pretty well here. The staff is helpful and always lets me know if anything's up. No big issues. She's not a huge fan of the food, but the activities are enjoyable.

"Nice Community!"
In our search for communities, we wanted a place with an equal number of men and women. Unfortunately, this place had more females, so it didn’t work out. Overall, the community was nice. The tour guide was helpful and showed us around. They also have meal plans and activities for residents.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Experience"
During my visit to this place, I met some friendly staff. They have a cozy fireplace near the dining area that adds to the atmosphere. It's cool that they allow pets. But, it felt more like a nursing home than a comfy place for my loved one.
