"Great tour, but couldn't meet health needs"
We toured the place and really liked it. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were great. Unfortunately, they couldn't meet our loved one's health needs.

"Friendly Staff and Good Food, but Carpets Need Attention"
The staff here are really patient and friendly with the residents. They also communicate well with me. The food is tasty, and they make sure to include plenty of fruits and veggies. However, I have noticed a couple of small issues: the carpets look dirty, and I’m not sure if they clean them properly. Also, there doesn’t always seem to be someone on duty that you can contact, which I’ve seen at other places.

"Neglected Patient and Unexpected Charges at Madison Pointe"
Madison Pointe is a really bad and unskilled facility. Their treatment was awful. They provided the incorrect amount of insulin to my family member. They also denied him his doctor-ordered medication. They hardly gave him any attention. I had to remove him from there after only one week. When you initially talk to them, they seem to know the right responses. However, our actual experience was completely the opposite. Plus, they slapped me with unexpected bills they never mentioned earlier. Overall, it was a massively bad experience and I would advise against it for anyone.

"Helpful staff and personal touch make a great impression"
[Name removed] was really nice, knew a lot, and answered all our questions. I saw her interacting positively with the residents as we toured the facility. She even went out of her way to show us another place in a different community that might be a better fit for my mom.

"Friendly staff and good COVID safety measures"
The staff at this facility are friendly and my brother really likes them. They've done a great job making sure everyone stays safe during COVID. They've been creative in finding ways to take care of my brother's special needs and transfers. They keep him safe. Overall, the staff are kind and caring people.

"Decent Location, Limited Amenities"
The studios here are small and come with a mini kitchen. The place is near the beltline, but it does have a nice backyard. It doesn't have as many amenities as other places we looked at. There's also no nurse on site.

"Great Activities and Menu, But Location Not Ideal"
I recently toured this community for my loved one and had no complaints. The staff were on time for our appointment and answered all our questions in detail. I was really impressed with the variety of activities and the great menu plan. In the end, it just wasn’t the right location for her.

"Nice rooms and cozy family spots, but missed talking to residents"
We arrived when dinner was being served, so we didn’t get to talk to any of the residents. We liked the rooms and the activity area. It was nice to see some small, cozy spots where families could hang out together without being in the big meeting area."

"Caring Staff and Comfortable Atmosphere Make Harmony Feel Like Home"
The staff at Harmony is really kind to everyone living there. Mom is really happy and we hope she can stay there for a long time. They all do extra things to make her feel at home, and the place has a really cozy feel.

"Caring Staff but Issues with In-House Doctor"
The staff and cook have been taking very good care of my mother-in-law, who is like a mother to me. We've had some problems with the in-house doctor, who my mother-in-law really dislikes. Hospice has taken over now, and the staff is very cooperative. She hasn't been out of her recliner since she arrived, so she's not involved in activities. She also stopped eating for three weeks, but the cook always made her a small plate just in case. Dean, the cook, is wonderful to all the residents and staff. Samantha, the manager (or I'm not sure of her title), really brightens my mother-in-law's day when she comes in. She is GREAT. That's all I have for now.

"Nice place but staff changes and limited activity spaces"
This place was nice. The only thing keeping it from a five-star rating was that the staff had recently changed, and they needed a bit more time to adjust to the new leadership. Also, while there were lots of small areas like coffee spots and puzzle corners for residents to hang out, it was hard to find a bigger space for more activities. Additionally, the facility was in a more urban area.
