The facility has a great location. The staff is good. The food is decent. The community layout and room sizes are satisfactory. There's limited outdoor space for memory care, but it's secure.

"Matthews of Neenah Provides Comfort and Excellent Care"
The staff at Matthews of Neenah's dementia unit does a great job caring for patients. Sometimes they seem short-staffed, but overall, they do wonderfully. The place is clean, welcoming, providing comfort to families knowing loved ones are well cared for. They run things amazingly, handling challenges with my father and keeping us informed. Seeing a parent with illness is tough, Matthews offers great comfort. Highly recommend Matthews of Neenah.

"Great Care, Fun Activities, and Comfort at Matthews of Neenah"
My mom has been living at Matthews for 15 months, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she’s getting. The staff really make it feel like home. They offer a lot of fun activities like exercise classes, crafts, bingo, current events, devotion time, music sing-alongs, and special events. The rooms are a good size and you can personalize them with your own things. The facility is secure and has alarms for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. There’s even a hairstylist who comes weekly. Even though most of the floors are carpeted, the place doesn’t have any bad smells. It’s comfortable, and my mom feels comfortable too, which is what matters most to us. We’re really thankful we chose Matthews of Neenah for her care!

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
This place looks nice, but I think they take in people they can't care for properly. It feels like they just want to fill up rooms. My time there was really bad. The food wasn't tasty either.

"Liked it, but location and room issues. Second choice."
We liked this place a lot. We rated it a four because it's a bit far from where we prefer to be. Also, the green carpet seemed odd. We got a good feeling about the care provided here. The rooms are not all the same. Some bathrooms only have a pedestal sink. More counter space would be nice. This is actually our second choice at the moment.
