"Poorly Constructed and Noisy Assisted Living Facility"
The building here is not well-made, so it's super noisy. Neighbors don't treat each other nicely, and doors slam so hard that walls shake. The walls are so thin that you can hear voices, TV sounds, and even phones ringing. The apartment doors have big gaps, which lets hallway noise inside and makes them hard to close and lock. Upstairs neighbors walking around even make the ceiling fixtures rattle. It's a problem all day, every day, and management doesn't fix it. The common areas and hallways have old, worn-out carpets held together with tape. Group activities mostly involve card games. If you move here, be ready to pay a lot for low-quality living.

"Friendly staff, but location not ideal for easy access"
We visited Meadowmere & Mitchell Manor Oak Creek. Their assisted living area was far from the retirement/independent living, which seemed odd. The tour was nice, and the staff was very friendly. We picked a different place because we wanted a better location and easier access, and Meadowmere didn't offer that.

"Limited Activities, Cleaners Not Included"
I'd say it's hard to get to know fellow residents because there aren't many activities happening right now. The grounds look nice, though, with fresh flowers. Just keep in mind that cleaners aren't included in the rent.

"Safe and comfortable, but communication could be better"
Since my loved one moved here, I feel at ease knowing he’s safe. Communication could improve, but they always let me know if it's important. I feel comfortable talking with them, and they make it easy. I would recommend this place to others.

"A Comfortable Choice for State LTC"
Our decision was clear. Meadowmere is cozy, meets all our needs, and crucially, they work with Family Care Wisconsin. While the cost is similar to other places monthly, we prioritize long-term compatibility with state LTC. Thank you, Meadowmere.

"Great care, friendly staff, clean facility, and tasty food"
This place is really nice. The staff are friendly and get along well with the residents. The building is always clean. The residents are friendly and look happy and well cared for. The activities are fun and enjoyable. The food is good, with many options if you don’t like the main dishes. Overall, it’s excellent.
