"Not Ideal for Seniors"
My husband went to this place after rehab, but it wasn’t a good match. It’s pricey, no cable TV or phone, and the nurse made medication errors. Not many activities. I wouldn’t recommend it.

"A cozy home with nature nearby, perfect for Mom's needs."
My mom wanted a forever home close to nature, and she found it at Milan Estates. It's a really nice place where they focus on the residents. She's been there for almost two years, and it's been wonderful.

"A Real Transformation"
I read the last review, and it's clear they haven't been to Milan recently. Wow, it goes beyond all my expectations for my mom's care. The owner made big changes, hired experts in assisted living, and set up new processes to support Mom. The place is almost perfect. Mom has been to two other facilities, and this is the best of the three.

"Unsatisfied Family Laments Sub-par Care at Milan Estates"
If you want a place that takes care of your loved ones like their own, you need to look further than Milan Estates. In our experience, they barely met basic needs for my parent, providing care that was often inconsistent, disorganized and struggling. When we left, two other families pleaded with us to help improve the situation for those still living there. I get that some of these places are just a way to make money for people who aren't around much. Maybe that's the situation here, we're not sure. The leaders in charge at the location definitely have some issues, and it seems like the problems they're having are causing the residents and their families more stress.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience at Milan Estates"
If you're searching for a place with dedicated, compassionate care, then you'd better continue your search. From my family's standpoint, Milan Estates just doesn't fit the bill. They only satisfied the bare minimum for my parent; there wasn't anything extra. Their care delivery was unpredictable, disorderly and tense. When our time there ended, two other families with loved ones there privately requested that we help out by writing letters for the remaining residents. I get it: many of these places are just money-making ventures for people who don't even show their face on site. Maybe that's the situation here; I can't say for sure. What I do know is that the people in charge right now are failing at their job and the multiple internal issues are sadly heaped onto the residents and their families.
