"No on-site nurse, no cleaning! Rip off!"
I totally agree with the previous review. I just wanted to mention that they don't even have a nurse employed here. They actually have a contracted nurse who only comes in once a week, so you never see her. She recently left Milestone because they were caught doing illegal stuff, and she didn't want to risk losing her nursing license. So now, we don't have anyone to help us with health problems. They promise that housekeeping is included in the services, but actually, our apartments have never been cleaned because they don't have a housekeeper. It's all a hoax!

"Unsatisfactory Care and Unfair Practices Dominate Assisted Living Facility"
Exorbitant pricing, inconsistent staffing, and unsuitable practices define this assisted living facility. Management operates following the 'bonus' system, aiming to lure you in with charming words, solely to boost their own census - resulting in their own monetary gains. This place functions on a 'care point' system where initially, care points are minimized only to skyrocket after the initial 30-days stay. This method further amplifies the management's benefits. There also exist substantial concerns regarding staff competency, particularly when it comes to administering medicines. Reports of discrepancies in medication amounts, and in severe cases, completely wrong or lack thereof medicines are recurrent. Also, the meals are unsatisfactory and lack proper nutrition. The management, yet again, receives bonuses while minimizing meal costs. Residents are provided less than $3 per day for all three meals. Given the fee to reside here, you're better off staying home and hiring a personal caregiver.
