"Disregard for Resident Welfare and Substandard Living Conditions"

Terrible! They got rid of our main leader and replaced them with temporary bosses or people from the big company. They're not taking care of the people who live there like they should. They're not keeping the place safe like they should. Lots of good workers have quit because they are tired of their concerns not being listened to, their small paychecks, and their lazy team members. Most of the employees don't care about how to do their jobs well, like dealing with falls, answering calls quickly, speaking to patients with memory problems, helping them get up, get dressed, and take their medicine. Clothes are piling up and sometimes they just dump them in their rooms without even putting them away. Even people who live on the side where they are supposed to get more help are being ignored and not taken care of. They keep trying to sell the place with silly phrases and plans. They even talk about red carpet treatment. What a laugh. The furniture for the people who live there had mold and pee stains on it for more than a year. They tried to clean it all the time but it was beyond help. And the cushions were torn. It's a bad idea to have furniture covered in cloth where everyone is having bathroom accidents. And one of the washing machines has been broken for more than a year.

"Assisted Living Center Falls Short on Care; Mom's Health Declines"

We moved Mom to a nursing home in Spring Green called Milestone. They didn't have enough staff to take care of her like they said they would. When Mom needed help, it took them too long to come. Because of this, Mom tried to do things on her own and fell many times. They didn't help unless Mom asked, and she thought she could do everything herself. Because of the falls and Mom getting worse at taking care of herself, her health got worse.

"Comfortable Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"

This place is nice and quiet. The rooms are comfy for the people who live here. The staff are friendly. It's good that it's close to our family, so we can visit our loved one easily. Sometimes it takes a long time for the staff to answer the doorbell, which could be better. The room has good windows and a private bathroom for my loved one. They help with medications, bathing, and dressing, and they work well with hospice.

"Quality Care and Accommodating Dining at Clean Assisted Living Facility"

Most of the time, the community and our loved one's apartment are clean. The bathroom could use more upkeep occasionally. We're pleased with the care quality. Dining service is accommodating; meals are enjoyable. They offer great activities.

"Clean place with friendly staff and some confusing pricing"

The place was clean, and the director said there were a lot of activities between the memory care and assisted living areas. We saw some residents walking or using wheelchairs in the halls, and the director knew them all by name. The security seemed good, but we need to learn more about it. They only had two rooms available during our tour. We visited in the evening, so there wasn't much activity to see. The pricing was a bit confusing. There is a flat fee and then a daily fee based on the level of care needed, but I didn't get a clear idea of how much the daily fee could be or its range.

"Great care and safe environment for dad, friendly staff"

The facility is doing really well. I love the community and the people. My dad wears a wristband, and if he gets too close to the doors, they lock, so I feel good about his safety. They have handrails everywhere to prevent falls, and the place is well-lit. There are three large common areas—two with TVs and one dining room. The food is tasty and the menus are healthy. The staff encourages him to join activities like singing and music. They are easy to contact and answer my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to friends or family.

"Great care and easy-to-work-with staff"

I don't have any complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she moved into this community. The staff is very easy to work with, and I feel good about the care they are giving my loved one. Overall, it's a great place, and I would recommend it to anyone.

"Great facilities and quick staff, but location is too far"

I had a really good experience with at this place. She was great and did an amazing job showing us around. Everything was set up really well, and they have lots of nice things for the residents. I liked how clean it was and that they use computers instead of paper for records. Each resident gets a pendant to wear around their neck, so if they need help, they just press a button on it. The staff also carry pagers that connect to these pendants, so they respond quickly. This place was one of the best options, but it was too far from my family.
