"Inadequate Staff and Poor Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
I can't suggest this place to anyone. It's seriously short on staff, and the management on-site can hardly be called good. The food all comes from cans, boxes, or mixes and doesn't provide proper nutrition. The rooms aren't cleaned often enough, and laundry often goes missing or gets mixed up. In general, I give zero stars to this facility. I truly believe that if there had been more and better experienced staff, my mom would still be with us today.

"Small, Friendly Assisted Living Lacks Space for Guests"
This place was kinda small and had a nice vibe. The person showing us around was cool and told us everything we needed to know. But the rooms were super tiny and didn't have a kitchenette. They were like studio rooms where the bedroom and living room were squished together. No room for visitors, and the places where everyone hangs out were also small and not very welcoming.

"Not a Good Experience, Wouldn't Recommend this Place"
I wasn't really happy with this place. My dad's room had ants crawling around, although they promised to get a fresh exterminator to sort it out. The water in his room was dangerously hot. He wasn't a fan of the food either, and there were no options. Some of the caretakers were kind and did the best they could. However, I didn't feel the director was the right person for the job – she ignored our calls, was discourteous, and even caught lying.

"Felt Ignored at Overly Expensive, Insecure Assisted Living Facility"
When I walked in, I felt ignored, like I was bothering them. I just took a pamphlet and left. It didn't seem safe enough for my mom. It costs $3400 to begin. The cost for memory care would be higher.

"My Cousin Finds Home Here!"
The staff here are really nice and caring. They serve a good variety of food and have daily activities. It was the right choice for my cousin. They help her get what she needs, and she has a spacious room. I recommend this community.

"Bright, clean community with friendly staff, but shared bathrooms."
I visited this place, and the person showing us around was really smart. They told us about all the cool stuff they have, like activities and things to do. The place was super clean and bright, which I thought was great. All the people who work there were really nice and always said hi to me. I think it's a good place to live because they even have meal plans for the people who live there. But one thing I didn't like is that my mom would have to share a bathroom, and that wouldn't work for her.

"Liked The Tour, But Bathroom Sharing A Downside!"
The person who showed us around was really smart and told us about all the cool stuff the place had to offer, like different activities and comforts. The whole place was really clean and full of light, which I liked a lot. Everyone who worked there was nice and always said hi to me. I think others should definitely consider this place, it even offers different options for meals. The one thing that didn't sit well with me was that my mom would have to share a bathroom, and that wouldn't work for her.

"Pleased with Our House Assisted Living"
Our loved one just moved in, and so far, we're happy! The place is clean and tidy, and all the staff are super nice. Only thing is, sometimes the staff don't always talk to each other, but besides that, the care is really good!

"Great place for our loved one; just some communication issues."
Our family member's new home, Our House, has been pretty good since they moved in. The place is clean and neat, and the people who work here are really nice. The only thing we've seen that could be better is sometimes the staff don't talk to each other as well as they should. But besides that, they take good care of our loved one!

"Think Twice Before Committing: Limited Activities, Sparse Staff, Medication Focus"
We didn't like it. It was too quiet, not enough stuff happening. We paid almost 5000 for a week, she didn't enjoy it, and only got back 316 dollars. They're strict about the 30-day notice. Be sure it's what you want. Rooms were nice, clean, but small staff. Nurse visits once a month. If you're mostly okay but need help with meals, it's okay. Otherwise, not great for health issues. They mainly give meds and call the doctor. Make sure it's a good fit before signing.

""We Weren't Pleased: Too Peaceful, Few Staff, Lackluster Service.""
We weren't fans. It was too peaceful and there lacked adequate activities. We forked over nearly 5000 for her to only stay a week, she wasn't pleased, and they only returned 316 dollars. They are strict about their 30-day notice policy. You have to be 100% certain it's what you desire. The rooms were well-sized and clean. They had a minimal staff, and the nurse visited just once a month. If a senior is relatively healthy and just needs help with meals, it's okay, but it's not suitable for those with health concerns. All they provide is medication and doctor contact. Ensure it's the perfect match before filling out the paperwork.
