"Unsatisfactory Facility with Poor Food and Unreliable Administration"
Avoid this place; the food was terrible, and my father really disliked it. The person in charge only said things that sounded good but never followed through. It’s been a year since then. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone else.

"Needs More Activities and Better Communication"
We feel like there aren't enough activities for the residents. They have bingo, but that's about it, and it's not enough to keep everyone busy. The communication could be better too. We know they're busy, but sometimes they don't tell us about changes or return our calls. Right now, they allow window visits and just started letting us take our loved one out for lunch once a week.

"A Loving Place Where Both Mom and Poodle Feel Welcome"
My mom has lived here for 2 years, and she's made lots of friends. Most importantly, she’s safe. I visit often and bring my standard poodle, Cole, who also loves visiting. Everyone, both the staff and other residents, adores him. He makes sure to say hello to everyone! This place has made both Mom and me feel like we’re part of a family. Deciding it was time for her to move here was tough, but Our House was definitely the right choice for us.

"Nice place, good tour, but no room available."
I visited this facility while searching for a home for my Father-In-Law. The community is really nice and well-organized. There’s a big open area in the back where he could spend time outside. However, it’s located in a busier traffic area. The marketing director who showed us around was very informed, and the price was pretty similar to other places nearby. We didn’t choose this community because they didn’t have any available rooms at the time. I would suggest them to other families.
