"Friendly community with good setup, but slow maintenance response"
Out of the places we visited within our budget, this seems to be the best choice for my loved ones. They enjoy meeting new people and like that all the buildings are connected. This setup is great because they can walk around even in winter. However, communication with the staff could be better; you have to follow up often. The staff is friendly, but the move-in coordinator is busy and sometimes doesn’t return calls. Overall, the community is friendly. There have been some maintenance delays, and the new area they moved into has some construction issues. They can hear their neighbors, and activities have been limited due to Covid. But, it sounds like more activities will be available once things open up again. They are looking forward to enjoying everything the community offers.

I would tell others to check this place out. The location was really important for us. We like that they offer different care options. The room was new and a good size. It’s a really nice place. My mom enjoys the food.”

"Great apartment and convenient amenities, but food could be better"
We really like our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with laundry in the new part of the building. It’s top-notch. We don’t eat at the Regency Club too often because we feel the food could be improved with fewer additives. The hallways are pleasant for walking, and we don’t have to go outside to get our mail, take out the trash, or get the newspaper.

"Food Disappointment at Impressive Facility"
The place is cool with lots of room for activities. But the food? Big letdown. Canned veggies, cookie-cutter steaks, and sad pie. Not worth the price.

"Clean, friendly, and great communication."
The moment I walked into ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities, I knew it would be perfect for her. I wasn't worried or anxious anymore; I knew she would be happy. The environment is very clean and nice-smelling. The staff is friendly and takes good care of her needs. The food is a bit bland compared to what she’s used to, but other than that, everything is fabulous. Her room is beautiful with its own balcony, which she’s decorated to make it homey and comfortable. She enjoys participating in various activities, including Bible study. They offer transportation for outside excursions and plenty of outdoor spaces for walking and enjoying the fresh air. I appreciate the attentive and helpful staff, who check on her morning and night. The communication between me, the staff, and my mom is excellent.

"Perfect Place for Mom!"
The minute I walked into ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities, I knew it was perfect for her. I wasn't worried or anxious anymore. I knew she would be happy here. It's very clean and smells nice. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of her needs. The food is a bit bland and not what she is used to, but everything else is fabulous. Her room is beautiful with her own balcony. She decorated it with her own things, so it feels homey and comfortable. They offer various activities she can join, like Bible study. They also provide transportation for trips outside. There are lots of places to walk and enjoy fresh air and outdoor activities. The staff is attentive and helpful. I don't worry as much because they check on her morning and night. The communication between me and the staff is great, and my mom can talk to them easily too.

"Caring Staff, Spacious Community, Room for Menu Improvements"
I really like how they take care of people at this place. The people who work here are nice and always ready to help my mom with whatever she needs. It's a big place, which is good because you can move around a lot. My mom thinks they could make the food choices better. But they do have stuff for people to do if they want. We think families should come check out this place if they need somewhere for someone they love.

"Long Wait for ProHealth Assisted Living"
We liked ProHealth in New Berlin. The place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. However, we waited on their list for about 6 to 9 months. Eventually, we gave up on our search.

"Mismatched Needs Lead to Poor Experience"
They indeed provided medication, but we learned it was only available through a specific service, something we were totally clueless about. It simply wasn't a good fit for us due to the mismatch between our needs and what they had to offer.

They can take care of people with all kinds of needs, whether they need a little help or a lot. He really enjoys it there. He has the freedom to pick and choose what he wants to do, and there are plenty of activities available. We are very pleased with the place.

My mom lives in the independent living section, and her apartment is big and new. She enjoys it, but there aren't many neighbors around.

We tried their service for extra care for a family member, and I think they did pretty well overall. Like most high-end care, I wish the staff-to-patient ratio had been better, but overall, they outperformed many others I've encountered.
