"Lack of Care at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is just awful! A young woman is in charge, and she doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. There aren’t enough staff working each shift, and it feels like she’s driving everyone away. I visit often, and I don’t like what I see. It wasn’t like this when the man was in charge. They’re not taking proper care of the residents. I think she’s the problem. Something needs to be done. I might have to contact the state about this soon.

"Concerns About Staff Qualifications in Assisted Living Facility"
I heard this weekend that the main person in charge of medicine didn’t finish high school and fibbed on her job application! I’m really let down because my family member relies on her care. This is totally not okay!! PLEASE fix this problem. My aunt enjoys staying there and I don’t want to move her out.

"The facility has cleanliness and staffing issues."
Once I walked into the place, I noticed some problems. There’s a big girl always sitting in the front offices, not doing much. She wears dark blue scrubs, but I don’t know her name or job. The carpets have stains, meal dishes are everywhere, and the windows are dirty. Dead plants surround the building.

"Amazing staff, great tour, but no sample room available"
The staff is amazing! The marketing director gave me a fantastic tour. It was a great experience overall! Unfortunately, I couldn't see a sample room because all the rooms were full.

"Surprised by Amenities, Would Have Liked to See Sample Rooms"
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up for a tour and taco lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities I saw during the tour. The only thing that would have made it better would be to see some sample rooms in person!

"Office Confusion, Administrator Solution"
The lady in the office didn't know what was happening in the building. When I complained about a family member, she acted like I was dumb. Thankfully, the Administrator helped me with my concern.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Maintenance and Staffing"
This place needs serious improvements. The carpets were disgustingly dirty and the thermostat broke, and they didn't bother fixing either. We had to handle these issues ourselves. At night, the staff seems to be more interested in sleeping than assisting residents. The kitchen staff frequently quits, causing shortages of food. However, they've been helpful with our loved one's medical needs. The registered nurse and care staff do a commendable job and genuinely care, but overall, there's a lot of room for improvement.
