"Disappointing Experience at Sienna Crest"
I believe Sienna Crest is a great place if your loved one doesn't have many physical problems or high care needs. However, they don't accept people who can't move independently. Unfortunately, the caregivers stopped helping my loved one, which made things tough for him. Despite the high ratings and nice facilities, they couldn't meet my loved one's needs. We left feeling disappointed.

"Homey and Personal with a Small, Well-Maintained Facility"
This place really felt like home. We were looking for a smaller facility and didn’t need all the fancy extras that some new places have. The building is a little old, but it’s kept up really well. With a small number of residents and friendly staff, it felt much more personal.

"Cheerful and Homey Atmosphere"
My Uncle lived here for a short time, and they were great. We picked this place because of the location, but our overall experience was nice. It has a cheerful and homey feel, better than many other places we visited. The facility is very clean, and the staff seemed very helpful.

"The managers are involved and attentive"
My mom really enjoys staying here, and the staff members genuinely care about her. Whenever I talk to the manager, she's well-informed and stays on top of things. Even when the doctor changes my mom's medications, everyone is aware. The facility offers plenty of activities to keep her busy, and she appreciates the restaurant-style dining. Overall, it's a nice place, and I'd recommend it to other families.
