"Comfortable Visitation, but Not the Right Fit for Mom"
was really sweet and professional. She guided us around and took care to make us feel comfortable on our visit. did everything to help and was worried about meeting our Mom's needs. But in the end, this place just wasn't right for us.

"Caring, Clean, Respectful Community"
This place is really nice. The staff takes great care of her. They keep her room and the whole place very clean. The staff always tells me what's going on. She's joining in on the community and trying out some activities. The meals are okay and balanced. They respect her religion a lot. I highly recommend this place.

"Great community with clean spaces and friendly staff"
This is a nice community, and everything is going well for my father. It looks great and is very clean. The staff has been good, and we’re still working through some issues with them, but they are trying their best to help. There are fun activities here, and my father loves the food. Everyone has been friendly and nice. The administration is helpful and professional. I would recommend this community.

"Understaffed Assisted Living Leaves Families Feeling Abandoned"
It's tough to judge too harshly because as soon as she arrived at St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus, they sent her to Medicare hospice. When we took her to the room, the nurse came and went without much interaction. We felt abandoned. During lunch, no one was available to assist us or check on her. The environment felt cold. Despite their efforts, they seem understaffed.

"Difficult Experience at St. Anne's Due to Insufficient Staffing"
As soon as we brought her to St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus, they shifted her to medicare hospice. The nurse practically popped in and out - she didn't give us much support. They told us to grab some lunch, but there wasn't any help available. Nobody came by to look after her. It was a pretty unwelcoming place to leave her. I feel like they're doing their best, but it seems like they just don't have enough staff.

"Disappointed by Aged, Unappealing Assisted Living Facility"
I checked out this assisted living facility's website and called to arrange a visit. The building's location and worn-out appearance surprised me - it didn't match the website photos at all. Once inside, I discussed a few details then toured both the assisted living area and the memory care unit. The hallways smelled musty, like a typical old nursing home. Most of the rooms we visited had someone living in them. I spoke with some residents about their experiences and the food quality. They said it was average here and the food tasted bland, like standard institutional meals. I was disappointed when this place didn't follow up with me, unlike many other facilities I toured.

"Friendly place, not Catholic."
Nice place with friendly people. I prefer a non-Catholic facility.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Variety and a Church"
I haven't noticed any problems with cleanliness. Whenever I'm in the hallway, they greet me warmly. They're more affordable than most places. I've tried some of the activities, and there's a good variety. The food is decent, but not as healthy as I'd like—it seems they serve sloppy joes about once a week. Overall, I'd recommend them. Plus, having a Catholic church there is nice.

"Appreciated the Church, But Location Too Far for Family Visits"
We appreciated, and we're sure Mom would enjoy the church and its five weekly services. However, this spot is just too far to the east for the majority of our family to visit often.
