"Disappointing Experience with Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living"
I would strongly advise against sending anyone to Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living. As the person responsible for, I was assured by , an evaluator from the VA, that this facility was a perfect match for 's needs. This turned out to be completely untrue. They told me there would be enough staff to assist with everything, including bathroom needs. But on his third night, fell out of bed four times and had to call the police. He was sent back to the VA and put on hospice care within a week. I cleared out his room ten days after he first arrived. He was there for only three days, yet the facility kept part of his deposit. On top of all that, every time I visited, I noticed a strong smell of urine lingering in the hallway.

"Not Ideal for Dad"
The manager was really nice. She knew everyone living there and knew what they could and couldn't do. The place was clean and the food smelled good, but it felt like a nursing home. My dad doesn't need much help, and I don't think this place is right for him.

"My Father's Cozy Home"
This community is really nice. It's super clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. My dad appreciates that we can bring him food from other places, and they even let him bring in some of his own furniture. I also like how the activity director keeps him engaged with others. The homey feeling here, where he can socialize just by talking to others every day, is great. We highly recommend the excellent care value for other families.

"Nice Assisted Living Tour"
The Staff showed us around. The place has a nice foyer, kitchen, laundry, movie room, and salon. The best suite has a full wall. The room has a wheelchair-accessible shower that’s about 10 feet wide. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom with a bath are a good size. The menu is by a former chef from a local restaurant. They offer choices and work with residents on meal preferences. Call lights are in the bedroom and bath. However, necklace alerts would need to be purchased privately.

"Comfortable living with great amenities; wheelchair accessible shower included."
The assisted living place is really nice. They have a good entrance area, kitchen, laundry room, movie room, and salon. The suite is the best because it has a full wall. Also, the shower in the room is wheelchair accessible. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom with bath are all a good size.
