"Great facility but lacks enough caregivers for morning help"
We liked how clean the facility was. The staff were always happy and helpful. They answered calls quickly. The main issue was not enough caregivers. Because of this, our daughter often didn’t get help in the mornings. Even with that, I’d still give the facility 4 stars! They had great activities for a while, but when the activity person left, no one replaced them. Our daughter needed morning care but didn’t get it.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience for Dementia Patients"
We visited believing what we were told about dementia care. They promised mom's favorite color painted room and a hospital bed. But none of that happened. The workers lacked experience with dementia, and communication was poor. They didn't turn patients every two hours, leaving my mom with bedsores. Food was placed too far for her reach, and they didn't help her move even in bed. The activities director seemed nice, but her role was unclear besides decorating. They even put dirty wipes on my mom's food tray. We were promised a nurse on staff, but she only showed up once in three weeks. Think twice before choosing this place!
