"Assisted Living Facility Needs More One-on-One Attention"
I took care of my wife for 10 years. It's hard to find a place that's perfect. The Frontida staff is nice, but I wish they could spend more time with my wife one-on-one. They have many people to care for, so it's tough.

"Disrespectful Staff, Poor Treatment of Patients, Yet Clean Facility"
A few employees really add joy to this place, but some are pretty disrespectful. They act like the patients, including my mom, are just part of the job and not really important. They don't even care that they talk badly right in front of the patients. They're even bad enough to curse in front of me and the patients like we can't hear them. At least the building appears clean.

"Attentive Care for Mom"
They visited Mom frequently, updated me on health changes, and ensured her comfort until the end.

"Spacious Rooms in Familiar Location Make Tender Reflections a Top Choice"
My mom and I picked Tender Reflections because it's near where she grew up, which she really likes. The rooms are big and comfortable. Our experience was good, and I would suggest it to others.

"Caring Staff and Welcoming Environment Make Community Highly Recommended"
The staff at this assisted living facility were very caring and took excellent care of my father-in-law. During our visits, the staff were kind, respectful, and tried to support our family's quality time together. We chose this community because we felt positive about it; it was open, airy, and very welcoming.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living: Great care, noisy activities."
The people taking care of my mom are really nice! They make sure she feels safe and let her do things by herself as much as she can. But if she gets confused or forgets things, they help her out. They treat her like who she is now, not who she used to be, which is good. She gets her own room and bathroom that we could make comfy for her. The place is made so that the people living there are comfy. The staff knows what chairs are best for my mom's size. Everywhere has big windows, and there are lots of cozy places to sit, even outside. They do fun things every week, like having musicians come to play. I think the rooms are pretty clean because the staff cleans my mom's room a lot. She always looks nice and has clean clothes. But they could get bigger washing machines so the dirty clothes don't stay in the bathroom too long. The things they do are okay, but sometimes the music is too loud. It hurts your ears and you can't hear other people talking. Luckily, the rest of the place isn't usually that noisy. Overall, we're happy with how they take care of my mom.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living: Mom Thrives, Activities Could Improve"
I live in Ohio, and I visited a couple of weeks ago. The facility is beautiful, and my mom is doing really well there. She enjoys being around people. The staff is very kind and caring, you can tell they really care about the residents. I work as an activities director in a similar facility. I was impressed by the spaciousness they have for activities. However, during my visit, there wasn't much happening. For a memory care unit, I expected more activities. I was there during bingo, and it was unusual that they didn't offer prizes, but the residents seemed happy with it. My mom loves the place, although she misses her cat and hopes to find a place where pets are allowed. Overall, I'm glad I found this facility through A Place for Mom.

"Caring Staff Ensures Mom's Comfort and Happiness"
My mom has been there for 6 weeks. Everyone we've talked to is caring and quick to address any concerns. It took her a while to get used to it, but she's doing great now thanks to the patience and care of the staff. They really care about her and enjoy her company. Thank you for everything you do! It gives us peace knowing she's safe and well cared for.
