"Warm Staff and Engaging Activities at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff were all very nice and respectful. My mom liked the food and had fun with the activities and prizes. I did smell ammonia and urine, but security was excellent, which was important. Thanks to everyone for making my mom feel better at the end of her 95 years. The owner even followed up after she moved in, which was great. I think others would like this place too.

"Peaceful and Caring Assisted Living Community"
We picked Tender Reflections of Elkhorn because it's close to where I live. A friend's dad stayed here, and she said good things. They have different room sizes to choose from, and the food is good. Most importantly, it gives us peace of mind knowing she's safe and cared for. I'd recommend this community to others.

"Tender Reflections: Poor Care and Unreturned Refund"
I coughed up my dad's rent for the month, but sadly he died on the 8th day. They promised me a refund for the unused three weeks - that's history from two months back. I've called up Elkhorn branch and their billing folk more times than I can count. All I get are fibs, as the promised refund is still a no-show. My overall impression of Tender Reflections, right from how they treated my dad to this refund mess, has been nothing but bad.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Helpful Staff, Minor Phone Use Concern"
I recently moved my family member here. The facility is beautiful. The staff is friendly, and the management answered all my questions and eased my worries. Some of the younger staff seem attached to their phones, but overall, it's been a great experience. I visited yesterday and saw management and staff engaging in activities. However, I believe staff shouldn't use their phones during lunch while feeding residents. That's disappointing.

"Quality Care and Happy Days at TR Assisted Living"
Our Dad received excellent care. His final days were filled with happiness. I recommend touring TR to see for yourself—the memory program is worth it.

"Dismal Facility with Dishonest Management and Overworked Caregivers"
This Assisted Living Facility is horrible. They don't have enough staff, the management tells lies to the workers and to families. The caregivers do their best, but they're spread too thin.

"Terrible Facility with Understaffing and Dishonest Management"
This Assisted Living Facility is absolutely terrible. They don't have enough employees, and the management tells lies to both the staff and to the resident's families. The caregivers make an effort but they're just overwhelmed.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Community"
I'm not happy with this place and how they treat my brother. The staff lies about what they do for him when I talk to him every day. The CNA's are supposed to walk him, but they don't. The nurses don't give him his medication on time, so sometimes he has to go without it. The administration never contacts me or answers any calls. However, the community is always clean and neat.

"Unsatisfactory Communication and Care at Assisted Living Facilities"
I'm not satisfied with this establishment and how the employees treat my brother. Unfortunately, it seems like the staff isn't honest about taking care of my brother, even though I speak to him every day. The certified nursing assistants are supposed to walk my brother but they haven't been doing that. The nurses fail to timely order his medication, so he sometimes has to go without. Trying to contact the administrative team has been fruitless as they never respond to my calls or get in touch with me. On the bright side, the environment itself is kept well-maintained and clean.

"Bright Place, Good Care, Reassuring Support"
Nice and bright. Good resident-staff ratio. Knowing they offer care from now until the end of life sounds gloomy, but it's also reassuring.

"Mixed Feelings at Assisted Living Facility"
My husband's experience: No activities, unhappy with supper. Long waits for help. Friendly staff, but short-staffed. Many extra charges. Dementia patients not separated.
