"Unqualified Staff and Unsafe Practices at Assisted Living Facility"
I wouldn't entrust my elders or anyone to this facility as they employ staff who lack essential qualifications for their roles. It's unacceptable that they lack crucial certifications and don't even possess something as basic as a 'C in a' license! They are not licensed to handle medications which is a major red flag! Their lack of adequate staffing is unacceptable. How can a place like this continue to operate if they're hiring unqualified individuals to perform tasks like kidney dialysis, which requires specialized training and certification? It's dangerous and downright wrong. I strongly disapprove of this facility, and emphatically grant it a 10-fold thumbs down.

"Questionable Staffing and Practices Devastate Quality Care"
I can't believe they're running a place like this! They're hiring folks who just aren't ready for these kinds of jobs. I mean, no certifications, no nothing. They can't even prove they're allowed to give out medicine. No licenses - none at all! They're not treating people right here, and I really don't think they should be able to keep doing business this way. They're bringing in untrained people to handle all kinds of things. I mean, teaching them how to do kidney dialysis without any training? That's just not right! You've got to be trained to do that. I really can't say anything good about this place. I'd rate it as low as I can go.

"Friendly staff and warm atmosphere, but limited meal options"
We’re really happy with The Cornerstone of Oak Creek so far. The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive to my mom’s needs. The place feels warm and homey. However, the meal choices for my mom are a bit limited for good nutrition. It’s tough to satisfy everyone’s taste, but we’re working on it. The staff encourages residents to join in on lots of activities. My mom is still getting used to the staff and hasn’t started making friends with other residents yet. There’s a bus for shopping and other outings. The landscaping is nice, and there’s seating in both the front and back for fresh air. Overall, we would recommend this place to others.

"Mom Thrives in Cleanest and Nicest Assisted Living Facility"
According to my sisters, they’re amazed at how much better Mom is doing since she moved into this place. They chose it because it was the cleanest and nicest. Now Mom has even been taken off hospice, and she sounds so much better when we talk. She enjoys the activities they plan and loves her room. It’s truly the cleanest and nicest place.

"Mom's Comfortable Haven"
This community is nice, but they only serve dinner. My mom can't cook for herself. The staff is friendly, and the place is beautiful.

"Impressive Assisted Living Facility: No Private Pay Requirement or Room Switching"
This place is really nice. I like how the rooms are set up and how much space there is. It's the best one I've seen so far! And the best part is, you don't have to pay privately, and you don't have to switch rooms when your family starts helping out!

"Expensive Assisted Living, Not for Mainly Independent Adults"
Small living spaces. In this assisted living facility, you're charged the full price whether you use all the services or not. It's not really suitable for mostly independent adults.

"Kind and Welcoming, But Living Spaces Could Be Larger"
Really kind and welcoming. The bedrooms and overall living area are somewhat cramped.

"Great care, excellent food, and social activities!"
She has completely changed since moving here. Now, she’s happier than ever and loving life. The staff is really caring, and they take great care of everyone. The food is amazing, and she talks about it nonstop. She enjoys the activities and being part of the community. She has her own space but still gets plenty of social time. We’re very happy and have already recommended this place to others.
