"Great Facility with Freedom and Activities"
The process was smooth. My loved one had to do a lot of the paperwork for moving in. We would recommend this place. The best part is that residents can walk around freely; they aren’t locked in. They wear a bracelet that sets off an alarm if they try to go outside without supervision. There’s a nice enclosed courtyard. The staff seems nice. The food is okay, but nothing special. They have activities my mom enjoys, like exercise classes and ice cream socials.

"Management Confusion Despite Mom's Enjoyment"
I always thought it was a really good place, and I still do. My mom really liked living there. The problem is my mom passed away two months ago, and first they told me I don't get her security deposit back. I had to talk to different people, and then they told me I do get part of her security deposit back. I'm still waiting for it. It's the people in charge that don't seem to know what's happening. It's sad, but true. No matter what has happened since my mom's death, she absolutely loved living there, and that was the most important thing for us kids.

The community here was really nice. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. My family and I felt good about the decision to choose this place.

"Great facility with some room for improvement in memory care"
It's a nice place with lots of services. The staff takes good care of everyone, though the memory care team could use a bit more training to better connect with those residents. The layout of the facility is great, but the outdoor space could be bigger and have a wider walking path.
