The staff cared deeply, comforting my mom till her last moments. They cherished her cat, Boots.

My apartment is nice, with helpful bathroom handlebars. Overall, it's good here, though understaffing affects housekeeping and activities. Care is good, but meals lack support for diabetics, too many carbs served. Corporate should allocate more for better food quality.
