"Wonderful place with great staff and friendly neighbors!"

We really enjoy living here. Our apartment is nice, and we have a full kitchen, but we can also eat in the dining room if we don't want to cook. Our neighbors are wonderful, and the staff is amazing. There are lots of activities and trips we can join if we want. We also want to thank A Place for Mom for helping us find this great new home. When we came for a tour, we knew right away that this was the perfect place for us.

"Great care, food, and activities minor issues but overall good"

My aunt's stay at The Polonaise is going well! The staff really take good care of her. The food is delicious, and there are lots of fun activities for her. We're also happy with her room; it's a good size and has a nice layout. We've had a few small problems since she moved in, but overall, everything is going smoothly.

My aunt is doing well at The Polonaise! The staff takes good care of her. The food is yummy, and there are lots of activities for her. We really like her room; it's a good size and layout. Though we've had a couple of issues since she moved in, overall it's going well.

"Picture perfect property with caring staff and active seniors"

This place is beautiful, and the seniors here are very active, organizing many of their own activities. The staff is caring and respectful.

"Expensive facility with unfair payment rules"

This place is seriously expensive, and the agreement rules are awful. If you get sick and end up in the hospital, you still have to shell out money for meals and services you're not even getting. Even worse, if you die, your family has to pay for the rest of your final month even though you're not there.'

"LOOK AGAIN: Facility Lacking in Staff, Dietitian, and Engagement"

Really not wowed. It feels like they're making a lot of shifts in the managers and staff. There aren't enough workers, and the food isn't nice to look at or tasty. Currently, there's no one specializing in diets. There aren't many activities to do. At times, the people living here are worried and scared.

"Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere"

The folks at The Polonaise at Wilson Commons have been super friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to address any complaints from moms and help wherever they can. The only issue is that mom's garbage disposal hasn't been working for a few weeks, which has caused a bit of inconvenience.

I visited the place with my grandma. She didn't like it and thought it was too pricey.

"Attractive but Slightly Costly: Enjoyable Activities, Comfortable Rooms, Tasty Meals"

Appealing and pleasant, but it's a bit on the expensive side. They offer enjoyable activities, comfortable rooms, and tasty meals.

"Clean, quiet, and friendly with honest answers. Top choice!"

The place is clean, quiet, and friendly. They gave a full tour of the building and talked about all the options, including financial ones for the future. When I called back with more questions, they answered honestly. It's at the top of my list right now.

"She’s Thrilled with Her New Apartment!"

This place is fantastic. My mom is really happy here. Next week, she's moving to a bigger apartment with a balcony. She has everything she wants and needs, including her dog. The staff goes above and beyond to keep everyone satisfied and meet their needs. They organize shopping trips and fun activities. We checked out some other places that were cheaper, but they didn’t offer what Wilson Commons does. Whenever my mom needs help or has a question, she gets a quick answer. They keep everyone informed about the activities with posted schedules and monthly updates. They celebrate birthdays and have family days. My mom is very happy!

"Great location and friendly staff; still moving in."

The main reason I picked The Chopin at Wilson Commons is because it's in the area I want to be, and it just felt right. My sister and I are still moving in, so we don't have a lot of experience yet. They told us about all the things they offer, like church services, a bike room, and various events. The people seem friendly, and the place is clean.

"Great facility, but rent is a bit high"

The Chopin (or "Choppin" as an employee called it) is an amazing place. It's really big and beautiful with four floors in the main building. They have storage bins in the basement. The one-bedroom apartments look like the others I've seen. The only downside is the rent; it's $575.00. It's worth it, but I need to keep the rent down to $500.00.

"The Chopin (choppin) as an employee calls it: A Great Place"

The Chopin (or 'choppin,' as an employee calls it) is an amazing place. It's really big and beautiful, with four floors in the main building. They even have storage bins in the basement. The one-bedroom apartments all look pretty similar. The only downside is the rent—it's $575.00. While it's worth it, I'm trying to keep my rent under $500.00.
