"Perfect Place for Mom: Small, Friendly, and Easy Transition"
The Waterford was perfect for Mom. After being on her own in her house for 40 years, she was unsure about moving to a community setting. She didn't want to deal with long hallways, confusing layouts, or elevators. Luckily, The Waterford is small and just one floor, which made the move easy for her! She really likes the staff and the welcoming environment. It's a wonderful place where she quickly felt at home!

"Great facility with friendly atmosphere and enjoyable activities"
Our time with this place has been really great. It’s been really good having my mom in a smaller facility. It’s nice to see everyone eating together in the dining room and getting along well. The residents also seem to like the activities they offer. Definitely recommend.

"Misleading Administration at Assisted Living Facility"
Awful management. They spin tales to appear great. Don’t fall for it. This place could be pleasant with competent staff. Investigate and steer clear.
