"Unhappy Experience at Tudor Oaks Assisted Living"

The staff was just okay, not very friendly. The bosses weren't good. They put our Mom in a part of the facility for people who need more help, and then they treated her like she was causing problems. We had to move her to a different place that put her in a section for people who need less help. They were much nicer there. I wouldn't recommend Tudor Oaks to anyone because our time there was bad for both our Mom and our family.
