"Assisted Living Food Quality Concerns Persist Despite Friendly Staff"
Clean facility, staff nice and skilled. But food? Terrible choices, prep, taste. Lots wasted. Meats tough, fillers too much. Not enough fruits, good veggies, dental-friendly options. Concerned about malnutrition. Management must fix food issue pronto.

"Nice Place, But Needs Better Food and Activities"
The most disappointing thing is that the food is not very good. They really need to change that. The units are nice and set up like apartments, which makes it feel more independent. The administration is very nice. Like everywhere, it's hard to have enough care staff. I would like to see more activities. We've had some problems with medication being ordered right. But overall, it has been a good experience.

"Nice Place with Friendly Staff and Good Food"
Waterford Senior Living is a very nice place. The staff is friendly. My wife was doing great before the quarantine. I hope to visit her soon. The food is good. The room sizes are okay. It has been a good experience so far.

"Clean, welcoming facility with attentive staff and great activities"
When we first visited Waterford Senior Living, we were invited to join the residents for lunch. This gave us a great chance to see what the place was like. The building was very clean and welcoming, with lots of common areas where residents can hang out besides their own apartments. The staff was really helpful and made sure our mom felt comfortable and settled into her new home. Since then, they have been quick to respond whenever we need help. There are many social activities available that cater to a variety of interests. Although our mom is still adjusting to her new life, she has plenty of opportunities to get involved if she wants to.

"Mom is happy, but food needs improvement"
My mom is doing great since she moved to Waterford Senior Living. The only thing she doesn't like is the food. She says it tastes bad and they serve too many sandwiches. Other than that, everything is good.

"Wonderful care, clean, and great food choices. Highly recommend!"
This community is amazing, and I'm so happy with it. They are taking great care of my mother and her needs. The place is always clean and nice. She’s trying out a few activities, and there are lots of food choices for the residents. Everything has been great, and I’d definitely recommend this community.

"Very Happy with Waterford Senior Living"
I am really happy with Waterford Senior Living. One thing they could improve is talking more with the family. Mom doesn’t always remember, so we aren’t sure if things like showers are getting done. At first, there was a lot of communication, but it has slowed down. That’s the only thing I would change.

The staff at Waterford Senior Living is amazing. They're always very polite and friendly. I enjoy joking with them, but they stay professional. Plus, the facility is beautiful.
