"Older Yet Pleasant"

We didn't schedule a tour, but the director kindly showed us around and shared facility details. The place was older but pleasant.

"Nice, small facility with good care and cleanliness"

Wellington Place was one of the smaller places we visited. It looked like a good option. The facility was nice, with people who had various care needs. It was clean and appeared to be well managed.

"Friendly staff, good food, nice patio"

They take good care of the residents. They handle Covid-19 well. The food is tasty. My dad shares a room, and it's okay. They have an outdoor patio for residents. The staff is friendly.

"Outstanding Community with Great Care and Activities"

This is a fantastic community, and I’m really happy with her move here. Everyone has been great to work with, and I know she’s safe and in good hands. She’s doing really well. They’ve been super helpful and wonderful. The meals are great, and there are nice activities for the residents. The place is very clean and well-kept. Our experience here has been really positive, and I would definitely recommend this community.

"Country Views and Cozy Setting!"

My mother is really happy with her new home here. Her apartment is just right, and the view is amazing. She can see the pond and all the animals outside. The place has a nice country feel that we all like. I also appreciate that it’s a smaller, more intimate community. The dining room is roomy and has a good menu. Overall, we’re very happy.

"Good value, friendly staff, minor room issue"

I think they're doing a good job. Compared to other places I checked, it's a good value. They have a base rate and a care level rate. They do a pretty good job with the care. Right now, he's sharing a room with someone who has a colostomy bag, so it smells a bit. That's my only complaint, and I haven't talked to them about it yet. Other than that, it's good. The food is really good, and the caregivers are really friendly. It's clean and in a nice setting. My main goal was to keep it affordable. I think by choosing a smaller facility, we got the same care for a better price.

"Good Care, Food, and People"

I believe they're doing a great job. Compared to other places I checked out, it's a good value. They have a base rate, and then there's an additional care rate. The care they provide is pretty good. Currently, my relative shares a room with someone who has a colostomy bag, so there's a slight smell. That's my only complaint, but I haven't discussed it with them yet. Overall, it's good—the food is really tasty, and the caregivers are friendly. The facility is clean and in a nice location. My main goal was affordability, and I think we're getting the same care for a better price at this smaller facility.

"Nice facility with big rooms some concerns about room layout"

I visited this place in 2007 and thought it was pretty good. However, my mom didn’t like it because the rooms were like studio apartments. One good thing about this place is that the rooms are quite big and have a wall dividing the sitting area from the sleeping area. I remember the Director saying back then that they hardly ever ask residents to leave because of serious medical issues. They believed it would be too hard for older people to adjust to new environments.

"Spacious Rooms with Flexible Living, Some Concerns About Adaptation"

Visited this place in 2007. I liked it, but Mom wasn't keen because of the small rooms. However, rooms are big with a partition between sitting and sleeping areas. The Director mentioned in 2007 that they hardly ever ask residents to leave because of serious health issues. Mom thought adjusting to new surroundings at an old age would be too tough.
