"Awaiting Refund, Great Staff, Poor Management"
Don’t hold your breath for a refund. I’ve been waiting to get back more than a chunk of change that’s owed to my mom since my dad passed away in June. The folks working at the Clinton location are top-notch. But the big shots? Not so much. They’re really dropping the ball and not paying attention to our repeated calls for the refund.

"Cozy Community with Personal Touches"
This place is really nice and everyone is super friendly. They pay a lot of attention to each person’s needs and it seems like everyone gets along well. The staff really loves what they do and treats the people who live here like family. The only downside is that the rooms where people live are pretty small and cramped. The beds are right there in the same room as everything else and there isn’t even a little kitchen area.

"Small Rooms, Friendly Staff"
The facility is really nice and the staff is friendly. They pay close attention to details, and everyone seems to get along well. The only downside is the small, crowded resident rooms without a kitchenette.
