"Bad Food, Indifferent Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is downright terrible. The food is honestly inedible and usually cold. There were times when the cook missed breakfast and residents ate as late as 10am. Resident meetings are useless because the owner and managers simply ignore complaints. Alarming also is this facility welcoming memory care patients on the weekends, putting residents in jeopardy. The cook even had the audacity to scorn my mother-in-law in front of other residents during breakfast. When my family moved her to a better senior home in Beloit, the owner arrogantly told my wife to schedule an appointment just to pick up her mail. The bottom line is that this place is more concerned about making money than looking after your loved ones.
