"Friendly place with good rooms, but activity calendar needs work"
I think this is a nice and friendly place to live. The Activity Calendar can be a bit misleading because not everything listed actually happens. The food is decent. The rooms are a good size, and there’s a nice outdoor space for residents. The staff is really friendly.

"Avoid This Facility: Poor Service and Unresponsive Management"
Avoid this place! The staff here doesn't seem to know what they're doing and there's always new faces. They don't bother to handle any complaints, they just nod like they're listening but don't change or fix anything. They always look for the easy way around instead of doing their job the right way. Their cleaning effort is not even half-done, you can often find dirty spots in the rooms. Don't even think they'll handle any health issues properly! Even though they may say they will, don't believe it! They want your cash because it's a private-pay place, and they hardly do anything to earn it. Don't let anyone you care about stay here - they deserve so much better!

"A Wonderful Senior Living Experience!"
My mom has been at Wissota Place Senior Living for about 2 months now, and she loves it. The rooms are big, and the place is really clean and modern. The staff is super nice and always ready to help. It’s great knowing there’s always someone there for Mom’s questions or concerns. The activities are fun, and the meals are tasty. They take care of her room, laundry, and medications. We’re lucky to have such a nice place nearby. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for senior living.

"Comfortable and happy with the community"
I'm comfortable with my mom's move to this place. It's very nice with kind people. The staff is very good, attentive, and helpful. They offer activities for residents when they want to join in. I've tried some of the meals, and the food is good. Overall, I'd recommend this community. It's working out well for us.
