"Disappointed with Recent Changes at Colonial Place Assisted Living"
Colonial Place used to be nice and safe for my Mother. But lately, they've cut staff and made changes. Now it's not clean and the care isn't as good as before. It's sad to see such a great place change so much. I don't think they told anyone about the changes, and I'm worried about residents whose families aren't aware. I hope they make some improvements someday.

"Decline in Staff and Standards at Colonial Place"
Colonial Place used to be a great, safe home for my Mom. However, lately staff cuts have been made and changes implemented. The cleanliness has declined as a result. With a smaller team, they're doing their best to care for everyone, but the usual high standards are missing. It's unfortunate to witness such a drastic shift in this once delightful facility. Alarmingly, I don't think these changes have been communicated with everyone, which leaves me worried for those residents whose families are unaware of the current conditions. I sincerely hope for improvements in the future.

"A good community"
The staff have been really encouraging and are trying to keep Mom active. They treat her well. They have daily activities and serve good, healthy meals. The community is very clean, and it's a better place than other ones we checked out. I would recommend this community.

"Great care for my dad"
My dad is well taken care of at this place. The staff are really attentive to his needs. They keep the community clean, which he likes a lot. They offer a variety of meals and have activities for him to join. We would happily recommend this place to other families.

"Friendly staff and good food, but no patio shade yet"
My aunt is still getting used to living at Colonial Place. The staff are nice, professional, and always ready to help. One small thing is that they haven’t replaced the canopy over the outside patio area yet, so there’s no shade for the residents when they go outside. This place has restrictions for safety. The food is okay, and I would recommend this community.

"Friendly staff and good care, but needs more shade"
My aunt is still getting used to living at Colonial Place. The staff are friendly, professional, responsive, and helpful. The only small problem is they haven’t replaced the canopy over the outside patio yet, so there’s no shade when residents go outside. This is a lockdown community. The food is okay, and I would recommend this place.

"Wonderful Care and Support for Loved Ones!"
The community is really nice and always clean. The staff were great at talking with us and took excellent care of my mom. They were very kind and made sure she was comfortable. The community was also helpful with getting hospice support. Colonial Place is fantastic!
