"Recommend with Health Monitoring"
I like it there. And my family member likes living there too. I think others should go there but keep an eye on their health. Sometimes they don’t notice changes as fast as I do.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
In my experience, taking care of my husband was tough. He lost a leg and had early signs of dementia. Most nurses were great, but a few weren't. I visited daily, except for bad weather days. I had to ask a friend to help shave and brush his teeth. The food wasn't very tasty; they said it came from out of state. The workers didn't seem to eat there. They wouldn't let my husband return after losing his other leg. It took over 2 months to get a refund. The facility is nice, but it's expensive and privately owned now. My husband was there briefly, while my mother stayed for years. Sadly, he passed away

"Room for Improvement in Assisted Living"
From our experience, there's room for improvement due to understaffing.

"Assisted Living Facility: Friendly Atmosphere, Clean, Hot Water Concerns"
This community is friendly and clean. The issue is that the hot water runs out quickly, and the billing process is confusing and takes time to understand.

"Pleased with caring staff and recommended for services"
I'm pleased with the staff and facility. They show care. It's not an easy job. I appreciate their services for residents and families. I'd recommend Paramount Senior Living.

"Clinical Atmosphere Falls Short for Loved Ones"
I wanted a place for my loved one that felt lively and happy, but unfortunately, this facility didn't meet our expectations. It was clean and organized, but it lacked warmth. The person giving the tour seemed disinterested, and overall, it felt like a clinical environment.

"Caring Nurses, Needs More Staff and Food Variety"
The nurses here are really nice and they always answer my questions. However, there aren’t enough helpers around. Some helpers are great, but others not so much, and they don’t seem to stay for long. The food could be better too. I think the people living here should have more choices, and the meals should look more appetizing. When my family member isn’t feeling well enough to eat in the dining room, they end up getting their meal late, like an hour or two after everyone else, and by then it’s cold. On the bright side, there’s plenty to do here like Bingo, movie nights, parties, and daily games. Plus, the ladies get to have their nails done, which is nice.

"Lack of Communication and Transparency at Paramount Senior Living"
Don't choose Paramount Senior Living for your loved ones. When my family member needed medical attention, the community failed to inform me promptly. They only contacted me at 7 pm, hours after receiving the doctor's order to take my loved one to the hospital. After this incident, I paid closer attention to my loved one's care. As the POA, I requested medical records, but the community charged me over $100. Feeling distrustful, I moved my loved one out of the community.

"Assisted Living Facility: Mixed Experience with Staffing and Item Management"
At first, everything was good. Towards the end, they were short-staffed. When our loved one passed away, we found another resident's belongings mixed with hers. We also discovered another resident's hearing aids with no clear answer on where ours went. Staff showed little concern or urgency to resolve these issues.

"Friendly staff, clean spaces, and great activities."
They're really easy to work with, very friendly, and very helpful. I like the place. My loved one's room is always clean, and all the areas I've seen are nice and tidy too. They’ve worked hard to keep activities going safely during the pandemic, like bingo and even an Olympics event. There’s something for the residents to do every day, which is great. They’ve started holding church services again on Sundays, outside in the pavilion, and they even had dancers perform recently. There’s a front porch with rocking chairs and a little outdoor stage with a gazebo. I’ve been very pleased and would recommend them to others.

"Bad food, no activities, and safety concerns"
Don't go to this place. The food was bad, and even after talking to the staff, nothing changed. I asked to meet the dietitian but was never allowed. There are no activities for people who can't leave their rooms. There's also no emergency call bell in my loved one's room.

"Communication Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
We've heard the food is great, and activities are okay. But communication needs work. They call about minor issues but miss important ones with our loved one. Plus, they let people on the 'do not call' list contact them.
