"Way Overhyped, Not as Great as Advertised"
They talk it up, but it's nowhere near as great as they claim.

"Great care and affordable cost at Greystone very pleased!"
Greystone is wonderful. They are affordable and truly care about their residents. My mom has been there for 3 months, and we're very happy with it.

"Exceptional care and dedication at Greystone assisted living"
I have only great things to say about Greystone and its amazing staff. They’ve been taking care of my mom for over 5 years, and I couldn’t ask for more. Yes, I’ve had to discuss some concerns with them, but they were always honest, clear, and fully dedicated to resolving any issues. Since my mom has lived there for so long, I’ve had a chance to see how things run. I can tell you that the staff, from the managers to the nurses to the kitchen workers, are some of the most dedicated people you’ll ever meet. They’ve even made tough decisions to protect residents from people who try to take advantage of them. The staff treats my mom and me like family. They supported me during my own health issues by bringing meals to my home, checking in on my mom, and making sure she was well cared for so I could focus on myself. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares, the staff here is fantastic.

"Great staff and care for my loved one"
I really like this place. My family member has been here for almost 2 years, and I wouldn’t move him anywhere else! The staff is awesome!

""Unpleasant Experience: Poor Care and Untrustworthy Staff in Facility""
My friend received practically no attention in this place. The person who's supposed to manage the residents, she was so mean, dishonest, and two-faced. She didn't help him at all. He was never clean, despite letting her and the so-called caring nurses know. However, nothing changed, clearly no one cared. There are so many wrong things happening here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Even though it appears to look decent on the outside, trust me, a lot of things within it are not okay. Stay away, just stay away.

"A Blessing for Residents"
Greystone has been really good for me. The people who work there are nice and they really care about everyone who comes in. They take great care of us and they are very kind to the people who live here.

"Lacking care, cleanliness; Mom's just a payment."
I'm really disappointed with the care here. My mom deserves better.

"“Dissatisfied with Expensive, Negligent Facility, seeking Alternative”"
Deeply disappointed with the quality of care, attention, and tidiness at this assisted living facility! They're charging 5200 dollars per month, in addition to pharmacy bills over 200 dollars, but I don't think the facility justifies these fees. My mom often "escapes" and administration and staff don't bother to notify me. When I was told she wandered off, their response was "if we accompany her, she calms down and behaves differently"! I value this but it's not right they never call. Seeing the same trash (candy wrappers) under her bed three days straight and the fact that they've ignored her incontinence trash for three days is disgusting! Honestly, I'm looking for a smaller facility that houses fewer residents. I'm left with the feeling that for them, my mom is merely a source of revenue!

"Consider Carefully Before Choosing This Facility"
Be wary about placing a loved one here. Reach out and engage with families currently using their services. Particularly discuss their management!

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Care"
My experience at this place is okay, but I have some concerns about how they take care of my mom. They should pay more attention to her needs. Once, she left the building, and they didn't tell me until the next day. They also changed her care level without telling me. The cleaning could be better, and they need more nurse aides. Considering what my mom pays, she should get better care.

"Needs Improvement in Care Services"
My experience in this community is okay, but there are some concerns about my mother's care. I think they could pay more attention to her and her needs. Once, she left the building, and they didn't tell me until the next day. Also, they changed her level of care without telling me. The cleaning could be better, and they need more nurse aides to help out. For the amount of money she's paying, she should get proper care.
