"Antique Charm, Poor Care: A High-Cost Assisted Living Review"
The place looked nice, filled with charming antiques, but that's where the positivity ended. The director and other staff were problematic. My buddy was not well taken care of in this facility. She was always being checked into a hospital. After she left, her doctors stopped a lot of her medications because the facility was giving her too many. They complained about her room smelling like pee, but our family didn't notice any bad smell when they helped her move out. They charged her $5600 every month, and the price just kept rising. The people in charge threatened to kick her out if she didn't start eating with everyone else. But when she decided she wanted to move, they backtracked and said they were only trying to scare her into participating in more activities and begged her to stay.

"Nice Community"
The community is nice, and our loved one seems happy. The staff is friendly and caring. When I call about my loved one, they answer my questions and provide updates on his situation and visitors. Everything seems good so far.

"Problems and Poor Treatment at Assisted Living Facility"
The place was beautiful and full of antiques, but that was the best part. There were problems with the staff, starting with the director. My friend was not treated well there. She was in and out of the hospital all the time. After she moved out, they took her off many meds because they had over-medicated her. They complained that her room smelled like urine, but her family said it didn't smell at all when they helped her move out. It cost $5600 a month, and the price kept going up. The director told her she would be evicted if she didn’t come down to eat. When my friend wanted to move out, they said they were just trying to scare her into joining activities and asked her to stay.
